With the competition for athletic scholarships at an all time high, today’s school age athlete needs to arm themselves with as much of the college experience as possible.  S.C.C. Expo Tours travel program offers student athletes the opportunity to experience the college campus atmosphere while increasing their athletic exposure. Let Summer College Camp Expo Tours travel experts take the confusion out of getting your athlete the necessary exposure to be successful at the next level, from college choices to travel tour planning.  S.C.C. Expo Tours travel program includes all individual, buddy plan, team, school group travel negotiations.

Personalized services include:

• Arranging individual, buddy plan, team, school group travel

• Coordinating ground transportation, including tour buses/vans

Travel checklist and deadlines

There are certain things you’ll need to take care of before your trip. To make sure you’re ready to go once your departure date arrives, follow this handy travel checklist:

• 30 days prior to departure – Booking deadline
  any booking after that is considered a “late addition,” which are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis and incur a $125 late application charge.

• 10 days prior to departure – Final balance due

• 10 days prior to departure – Special Travel requests due

Pricing—Because S.C.C. Expo Tours and its affiliated tour companies send literally thousands of student travelers all over the world every year, we are able to negotiate excellent rates with our suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.). This high volume buying power allows us to offer our trips at amazingly low prices.  Payment schedule A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due at the time of booking. Deposit will be applied to balance.

Bring To Camp/Travel Necessities

• Sport specific shoes or cleats

• Notebook and pen

• Highlight Tape/full game tape (if available)

• Transcript (junior prospects)

• Travel cash for meals

• Good Attitude

**For Overnight Camps
Please bring your own towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, and spending money.  

Food and Lodging

Food and dorm will be provided at the Overnight Camps including Tag Team Sportz 5 Star Invitational Prospect Camp. You are responsible for food and lodging at all the other camps. Hotel and eating lists are available upon request.

Discipline and Refund Policies

Discipline Policy

All athletes are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Please respect fellow athletes, coaches, property and self. Camp rules are to be followed without exception; rules are put in place to protect all athletes, coaches, and property. All rules will be covered prior to departure. Discipline problems are not tolerated; offenders will be dismissed without a refund.

Refund Policy

If an athlete registers for a Summer College Camp Expo Tour and then has to cancel for any reason a $75.00 processing fee will be kept and a partial refund will be given back. All campers that have to cancel also have the option of applying the full camp fee to another camp at no cost. They can simply attend another SCC Expo Tour of equal value.
